IMPORTANT NOTICE

1.    Items will be auctioned as per sequential order listed in the catalogue.
2.    Prices given in this catalogue are starting prices. Sums in brackets are evaluations made by experts.
3.    The auction will proceede in sessions, each followed by a payment break during which lots auctioned in the session preceeding must be paid for. A failure to settle the payment will result in the lot being put on the block again in the next session. Individual sessions and payment breaks are indicated in the catalogue.
4.    Damage due to regular wear and tear caused by age is not listed in the catalogue description of the lot. Claims on lots purchased in the auction are not accepted. Claims on items purchased by the company acting as attorney for the customer may be made on collection at the latest.
5.    Persons partaking in the auction are subject to Auction Rules listed fully in the catalogue.
6.    On each item the company shall charge a 10% auction commission and above the "hammer price". The commission shall be rounded up to the next multiple of CZK 50,-. A receipt for the commission will be provided with the bill of purchase. An extra surcharge of 4% shall be applied to all credit card purchases.
7.    At any time during the auction but not later than 30 minutes following the bidding on the last lot, the auctioneer may put to auction again any unsold or unpaid item from previous sessions.
8.    Items indicated in the catalogue with the letter - P - may be purchased solely by Czech citizens who are required to submit a valid Czech identity card on payment.
